Software Engineer (Chatbots)

As part of the team, you will revolutionize user experience by creating virtual workforce, integrating Chatbots and Virtual Assistants (VA) with different platforms and using various cognitive services. You will design conceptual architecture and technical solutions and work on its implementation. And of course, you will be able to work in multicultural teams and complete complex tech projects in time and on budget.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Gather project requirements;
  • Develop scenarious and user journey mapping;
  • Develop chatbots and VAs;
  • Conduct UAT testing & drive end-to-end implementation;
  • Provide any development clarity (if required) and/or troubleshoot any technical issues;
  • Assist with code quality checks and peer reviews;
  • Support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements by using a structured change control process;
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to team mates;
  • Deliver technical training demos and support for new/existing clients


  • Hands-on experience in building chatbots or VAs (JavaScript, C#, C++, VB, Java, Python or other);
  • Hands-on experience with Google, Microsoft, AWS cognitive services (ML, OCR, IVR etc.);
  • Good understanding of cyber security principles;
  • Written and spoken English is mandatory (Intermediate+);
