Intetics Inc., a leading global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social Media Manager, you will manage corporate social media accounts and as such we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Management of Company’s Social Media accounts and marketing channels
  • Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy and align it with business goals
  • Measure and set specific objectives and report on ROI and KPIs, secure constant audience growth and engagement levels
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original texts, photos, videos and news)
  • Repurpose existing content and distribute across various media channels
  • Measure success of specific advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with other teams, like sales, delivery, PR and HR to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Provide analytical dashboard and social media management effectiveness reports to decision makers
  • Oversee company participation in conferences, trade shows, and events

Requirements

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Social Media marketing
  • Proven achievements in social media marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital-first demand generation, content marketing, social media marketing and ABM concepts
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills with deep understanding of relevant KPI’s and social media metrics
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics software
  • Proven ability to manage targeting budgets
  • Strong verbal and written presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced, native-like English (grammar, speaking and writing) is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, self-management skills.
  • Competency and consistency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of content creation applications
  • Familiarity with web design is a plus
