Intetics Inc., a leading global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Marketing Analyst, who’ll research and identify ways to further build our brand and acquire new clients. Marketing Analyst will track effectiveness of various marketing channels, research client behavior and competition, and explore market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with marketing campaigns and be comfortable with processing and analyzing business information and marketing data. Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently and we target our audience through successful campaigns.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales channels and potential client behavior
  • Discover new marketing channels and lead generation opportunities
  • Incoming leads validation, verification and management
  • Business Directories and Catalogs management
  • Corporate CRM supervising and compiling regular reports on lead conversion rates
  • Measurement of ROI and other metrics of online and offline advertising campaigns through variety of inbound and outbound marketing channels
  • Compile reports on website traffic and social media engagement
  • Monitor competition activities, products, services, marketing strategies and performance and compile monthly reports, analytics and recommendations for all company departments including Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, HR, and Delivery
  • Monitor technology and industry trends of the global outsourcing and technology markets and compile respective reports and recommendations
  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns, including AdWords
  • Recommend marketing campaigns and website optimizations
  • Research, recommend and implement marketing tools for marketing automation and productivity improvements
  • Maintain Corporate Brand Book and monitor and report any usage violations

Requirements

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as Marketing Analyst or similar role
  • Proven achievements in marketing
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Superior problem solving and analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of marketing KPI’s and social media metrics
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics software
  • Advanced, native-like English (grammar, speaking and writing) is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and self-management skills
